We ask for your E-mail address to confirm your order has been dispatched and inform you of any future special offers relating to items you have purchased. If you have issued us with your E-mail address but decide you wish you had not, simply send a blank E-mail to sales@rdclighting.co.uk and It will be immediately removed from our database. We Do Not and Will Not sell trade or rent this information to third parties for whatever reason. Information is collected lawfully only to fulfil orders and in accordance with the data protection act 1988. Delivery Times and Charges

Stock Items

If orders are received by 1.00pm Monday - Friday they are dispatched the same day for delivery the following working day (excluding Saturdays and Sundays). The following charges are automatically added to your orders for UK mainland delivery.

£0 to £35 :£2.95

£35.01 to £125.00:£5.95

£125.01 to£350.00:£8.95

£350.00 + :£no charge

 

We can ship to other E.U. countries. Please email us your requirements to sales@rdclighting.co.uk and we will confirm carriage charges and lead times.

Value Added Tax

All prices shown on our website are subject to VAT at the current UK rate.

Trade Customers

We are pleased to assist trade buyers who purchase regularly or who wish to place bulk orders. We have considerable experience of supplying electrical contractors, wholesalers, hotels, restaurants, public houses, schools, offices, landlords, universities and public sector clients.

Returns

Our reputation is earned through the quality of our products and service levels and all of our products are backed up by a no-nonsense guarantee:

•If you order the wrong product inform us as by email or fax within 7days and simply return it

  in the original packing for a replacement or a full refund (excluding carriage costs).

•If, despite our robust packaging, something is broken in transit please let us know so we

  can arrange an immediate replacement (at our expense).

•All products (excluding lamps) are guaranteed for a period of 12 months from date of

  purchase.

•Your refund will be made within 14 days of return of goods.
